Shipping:
We ship quickly and package well (check our feedback). We do charge a small fee of $1.00 for handling/materials per item. Shipping is by the United States Postal Service, with few exceptions. Most packages are shipped First Class/Parcel Post, however we will certainly accomodate special requests. INTERNATIONAL transactions are subject to a $2.00 service fee. This does not apply to packages shipped within the U.S. Payments made by any form other than a personal check or pending electronic transfer will by shipped within 3-5 days of receipt or confirmation.

Payments
Payment must be received within 7 days from auction close. We will send update emails every step of the way so you'll know when your payment arrives and when your package ships.

We will file a Non-Paying Bidder Alert with eBay if payment has not been received. This is a reminder to please contact us ASAP! The next step is to file for credit. eBay charges us to offer our auctions to you. If you do not pay we must file for credit, which we will do, resulting in a warning to you from eBay. Payments returned by our bank are subject to a $20.00 returned check fee, regardless of the amount of the initial payment. We will report and pursue insufficient fund payments with appropriate bureaus. Follow up payment cannot be in the form of another personal check and must be received within 7 days from notification. We are very flexible and understanding and will work with you on just about anything, but you must stay in contact with us. If we don't hear from you, we are forced to assume you have lost interest in completing the transaction. We will leave negative feedback if all other avenues have been exhausted.

Feedback
We ALWAYS leave positive feedback for positive transactions. PLEASE provide the same courtesy.

Returns/Discrepancies
We do our best to describe each item in detail and will mention any detractions. Items are sold as-is, without returns, unless misrepresented or otherwise stated in the auction listing that the sale is final. If a return is warranted, please email within 3 days of receipt to make arrangements. The item must be returned in the shipped condition before a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling, insurance, eBay fees, or anything other than the winning auction bid amount will NOT be reimbursed.

Insurance:
Insurance is optional and is not included in the listed shipping rate unless specified otherwise. We strongly recommend that each package, no matter how small/valuable/fragile/etc, is insured. We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages if it is not insured, so please add the dollar or two for insurance.
